We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for our Accounting department reporting to the Head of Accounting and giving support to the whole Accounting Team.

Main responsibilities:

Accounting and administrative responsibilities:
Reconciliation of vendor accounts
Accounting Reports
Intercompany invoicing
Control of expenses accounts
Control of Accruals
Support with external Audits
Support with tax obligations
Others administrative tasks
Knowledge of accounting (Spanish accounting rules)
Administrative knowledge
Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
Office tools proficiency (mainly Excel)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Studies in finance/accounting area or similar
Experience using
NAVISION or other accounting international systems is a plus
Determine the work priorities, take decisions and perform actions accordingly
