***At Nestle, our strongest assets after our People are our Brands. We are looking for a Brand & Communication Insights expert who will be working with the Nestlé Global Lead Consumer & Marketplace Insights. You will drive the Brand & Communication insight pillars globally for Nestlé, lifting the visibility and impact of Brand and Corporate Equity monitoring across the organization. You will also develop further the holistic approach to creative pretesting with focus on Digital first campaigns, leveraging state of the art tools.


A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Monitor Nestlé's brands health at a global scale and build the value of "above the market" brand equity knowledge and potential for utilization and business action. Serve as a consultant and identify insights, in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Review approach to global brand equity tracking and continuously optimize reporting.
  • Design, launch and maintain a global community of experts on Brand tracking to input into the Global tracker and to create cutting edge thought leadership and practice in this domain.
  • Monitor Nestle Corporate Equity globally. Build a credible and connected understanding of Brand Equity with Corporate Equity. Continuously improve approach.
  • Recommend, pilot and scale holistic approach to Creative pretesting with focus on Digital 1st campaigns.
  • Conduct metaanalyses to derive cross category insights from creative pretesting programs.
  • Continuously asses' new tools and innovative solutions, recommend / conduct pilots to test and scale.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Academical background in Business, Marketing, Market Research or similar.
  • Passionate about Brand Health and Communication Insights with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Market Research, Insights, Analytics or similar.
  • Significant insight experience from the client side in FMCG organizations, understanding the workings of large corporations.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and savvy business judgement.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Digital metrics.
  • Ability to tell the story beyond the data in a simple, cogent manner and articulate complex research issues to nonResearch audiences in ways that can help them address business questions.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent oral & written English.
