ROLE PURPOSE

  • Leading/supporting several projects and initiatives for the COVID19 franchise.
  • Be responsible for providing administrative support to COVID19 marketing team.

ROLE RESPOSABILITIES

  • Lead or support COVID19 portfolio projects and initiatives
  • Coordination with customer facing medical and local customer marketing for activities/programs
  • Through understanding of the local customer market place
  • Be responsible of MAPP transactions and projects
  • Be the Super User MAPP and Lead the Compliance Champion team in COVID19 BU.
  • Manage purchase orders through Ariba system and tracking invoices as needed
  • Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve conflicts and use diplomacy to resolve problems.
  • Work closely with outside vendors, providing support when needed with meeting scheduling and office space.
  • Support project management and KOL engagement
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to cross functional team colleagues
  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture where colleagues can learn from one another
  • Provide own expertise and knowledge to help develop others

REQUIREMENTS:


  • University degree
  • Marketing experience
  • Fluency in Business English language and local language
  • Experience of interaction with external stakeholders/acting upon customer insights
  • Application of financial systems/processes and compliance and crossfunctional leadership and cultural collaboration
  • Track record of working collaboratively/with others across functions
