Your Role & Responsabilities- Manage Plant Manager's (PM) calendar.

Make appointments, invitations, arrange meetings.
Arrange visits (internal & external to MAHLE): accommodation, transport, working space, catering, communication with visitors.
Build meetings & visit schedule.
To send communications on behalf of PM.
Gather and present to PM all documents and requests requiring approval on time.
Collect data & information required for reporting.
Make, update and distribute relevant operarion reports and KPIs. Internal Motilla and external departments, including financial matters.
In general, act as a flexible and fully confidential support for the PM in situations where need arise.
Your Skills & Strengths
English & Spanish fluent (German is a plus).
Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Customer service attitude.
Knowledge of business processes and affinity with financial matters.
Confidence and strong selfdriven initiative.
Proven work experience as a Personel Assistant or similar role.
