YOUR TASK

Support for new staff additions.
Attention to the other Employees of the Customer Facing Functions area.
Implementation of Learning Management Systems (SAP).
Support for the implementation of the annual training plan for Spain (investigation of market trends regarding training courses, organisation of training groups and material resources to implement them).
Support in training grants.
Support in the process of Onboarding.
Support in soft Development and Communication areas.
Management of consultancy and suppliers at national and international level.
Reports and Reports.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor ́s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Applied Management and/or similar.
Good handling of Excel. Valuable to have knowledge of SAP.
High level of English.
Motivated, responsible, independent, resolutive person and oriented to both service and details.
Open, dynamic and organized way of working.
