We are looking for a
Receptionist - (On-site) to join our team.

What you will do in this role

As a
Receptionist on our team, you will:


  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Pick up and deliver the mail
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Organize travels and maintain travels expenses
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
  • Greet all visitors and the office personnel to the building in a friendly and a sincere manner
  • Ensure completion of paperwork, signin and security procedures
  • Fill a minor security role by monitoring access to the building by visitors
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
