- Execute different activities life cycle Management
- Update and maintain Global Asset and Inventory Management
- Deliver Applications Service Support Modelling
- Support in technical resolution Applications Risk Assessment and Service Level Description
- Guarantee the company standards in Applications Data Protection and Security
- Deliver Applications Technical Support
- Resolve Incidents (2nd level support)
- Manage licenses and releases
¿A quién buscamos?:
- Having a Bachelor Degree in Computers Science or any other technical degree
- Knowledge in Applications design and architecture
- AZURE architect knowledge and experience in AZURE project management
- Experience in service delivery or any other similar position
- Basic knowledge in Data Protection and IT Security standards
- Ability to lead activities involving users from different countries
- ITIL knowledge (preferred ITIL certified)
- You have an advanced level of English
