    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in Palencia. This company is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.

    Our client is a company dedicated to the production of components for the automotive sector and its distribution to its customers.


    Job details:

    Operations Manager BU Team in charge, managing two sections: - Customer service team: Two supervisors - Technical office team: 2 people This BU is currently working for some of the most important manufacturers in the automotive sector.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
    • 5+ years of experience in SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT management
    • Strong ability to multitask
    • Comfort working with multiple groups within business Fluent English and Spanish level

    TASK:

    • Contribute operations information and recommendations to Supply Chain strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
    • Work closely with the logistics supervisors to perform analysis of our inventory, obsoletes. and follow up KPI
    • Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
    • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
    • Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
    • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
    • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
