Thanks to the expertise and knowledge of our technical team, we have developed our own technology, ARSOS, which allows renewable energy operators to monitor, analyze and intelligently control their power plants worldwide.

Our software makes green energy production more efficient and sustainable, bringing us closer to a carbon-neutral world.

What are we looking for?


We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the identification of customer problems and needs, develop and maintain the product roadmap, and ensure that it is developed and delivered to internal stakeholders according to agreed-upon timelines and quality levels.


Responsibilities:


1.

Customer insights and Market Analysis:

Lead the identification of customer problems and needs, and conduct market research to gather insights for product development.


2.


Roadmap planning:

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and market trends.


3.


Project management:

Ensure that the product is developed and delivered to internal stakeholders according to agreed-upon timelines and quality levels.


4. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to drive the successful execution of the product roadmap.


5.


Competitive intelligence:

Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and make informed product decisions.


6.


Product Management:

Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.


7.


Technical Acumen:

Work closely with the Engineering team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.


8.


Product Performance:

Monitor and analyze product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.


9.


Stakeholder management:

Provide guidance and support to the Sales and Marketing teams in effectively positioning and promoting the product.


10.


Industry and Domain expert:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product domain.

Product Evangelist:

Act as a product evangelist, internally and externally, by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the product

Experience/Skills Required


1.


Product Management Experience:

Strong background in product management, preferably in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully developing and launching products.


2.


Strategic Thinking:

Ability to think strategically and develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.


3.


Market and Customer Insight:

Experience in conducting market research, customer interviews, and gathering customer insights to inform product development decisions.


4.


Project and Stakeholder Management:

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and deliver products within agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.


5.


Technical Understanding:

Familiarity with technology and software development processes to effectively communicate with Engineering teams and translate product requirements into technical specifications.


6.


Analytical and Data-Driven Approach:

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, metrics, and customer feedback, and use them to make informed product decisions and optimizations.


7.


Strong Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, present product strategies, and communicate the value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.


8.


Framework and Methodology Development:

Experience in creating frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile, to streamline product development processes and ensure efficient collaboration within teams.

Experience/Skills Desired

  • Fluent English level
