You will play a vital role in customer service satisfaction and in retaining and growing the customer base from first contact through to the actual experience.
TasksIn your role, you will:
- Give customer support to trainees who need information, materials, et al.
- Give administrative support to online events such as webinars and workshops.
- Own the community hosting in our platform to generate engagement, interaction, cheerleading and responding to queries.
- Own the sales qualification process for inbound interest and channel information to the Product Owners.
- Facilitate information to prospective customers and understand our service offering.
- Improve operationally the lifecycle of our processes in our ERP (Hubspot) via automation.
- Project manage administrative fundraising activities that support the business.
- Document workflow processes and keep templates in Notion.
Requirements:
You bring:
- 25 years experience in customer support and/or an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and German. Spanish is desirable.
- Ability to quickly connect and build trust with clients.
- A detailoriented, rigorous and quick learner.
- Experience with ERP and Community Platforms, i.e. Hubspot & Mighty Networks.
- High work ethics and trustworthiness.
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening and empathy.
- Willing to present initiative and responsibility for work processes.
- Willingness to learn from failure, ask for help when you need it, embracing an iterative process.
- An empathetic individual who can work alongside others in a compassionate and nonjudgmental manner
