Our client is a Swiss Company specialized in the sector of Language and Education.




¿Qué harás?:


  • We are looking for creative, selfdriven, dynamic and experienced people with high communicative skills, to join their team in Barcelona.
As a Customer Care Agent you will be responsible for:

  • You will deal with customers and pre-sales queries quickly and effectively.
  • You will help in all the booking reservations and become the bridge between us, the customers and the other companies.
  • You will be an active team member, open to multitasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fastgrowing department.



¿A quién buscamos?:


  • You are the person we are looking for if:
  • You speak a high level of German (Level C1 Minimum.)
  • You speak English fluently (Level B
  • C1 Minimum.)
  • You have previous experience in the Customer Service Sector (mandatory, months).
  • You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel).
