- Works to achieve Company goals through the timely and accurate processing of tenders and contracts.
- Coordinates with the various company departments (Sales Force, Order Entry, Service, Marketing, Finance) to collect the information for the preparation of offers.
- Draft and compile technical, economic and administrative documents required by the Customer's specifications
- Analyze and handle the documentation relating to participation in tenders, ensuring compliance and formal requirements.
- Operates in accordance with company policies and procedures. Manages matters relating to financial/legal terms by collaborating closely with responsible departments when required by the tender documentation.
- Actively support the customer when required, to ensure timely resolution and a satisfactory outcome
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field
- At least two years' experience in tenders preparation or customer service role
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail and absolute timing compliance with bid specification requirements
- Experience in Microsoft office and general eye for business
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
