Our client, a sports/entertainment company, is looking for a Product Owner to join their team.

Responsibilities_
Define a clear product vision together with the Management team and other key stakeholders
Work closely with stakeholders, to define and prioritize items in the product backlog.
Conduct competitor analysis and user research
Develop, own, execute and deliver the product roadmap
Translate product roadmap features into welldefined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of the prioritized backlog items.
Create and maintain detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria, to guide the development team in building features that meet user needs.
Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
Define and execute product launches, working to ensure that product, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful
Coordinate with ux, development, and testing teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
Monitor key product metrics and develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance postlaunch to evaluate future investment
Day to day management of the product and design teams, ensuring effective prioritization according to strategy.
Partner with sales and marketing to provide product expertise, training, and support
Identify opportunities for product innovation, drive experimentation, and champion continuous improvement to stay ahead of market demands and drive business growth

Requirements:

Indepth understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, with the ability to champion agile principles and practices within the team.
Ability to engage in technical discussions with development teams and make informed decisions regarding tradeoffs between functionality and technical constraints.
Proven track record of delivering highquality products on time and within scope.
Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences
Proven track record building and scaling mobile apps, ideally from scratch and in leading positions.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the product's success
Experience in early stage startups, specifically in finding Product Market Fit, identifying Go-To
Market winning strategies and scaling up the product afterwards.
Having been a successful Product Owner or Product Manager in the past demonstrated success in delivering products, developing best practices and using clear frameworks
Great communication skills can clearly articulate the connections between larger business goals/mission and Product goals to any type of stakeholders
Customercentric designing and evolving products with the user's needs, preferences, and feedback at the forefront, ensuring that every product decision enhances value for the end user
Proven team management experience, able to coach, mentor and develop other top performers.
