WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Minimum of 4 years of experience.
To have great knowledgeand experience on IT Service Management, change management, planification and continuous improvement.
Previous experience as a Project Manager and managing level 3 tasks or major incidents.
Be used to do tasks to improve internal services, developing and automating tools, how to evolve processes.
ITIL certificationand Agile methodologies knowledge would be a plus.
English mother tongue or fluent.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Defining the role and function of the communication team within the IT departmen Establish how the communication team will contribute to IT's goals and strategy, aligning communication with the organization's technology projects and objectives.

Planning and prevention through the development of contingency plans and procedures to address IT crisis.
Management of incidences, supervising and coordinating them and implementing improvement processes to identify these problems.

Communication and coordination of teams and collaborating with other business units to line up incident strategies with the company objectives.

Assess the impact of the crisis on information systems and determine the extent of the damage.
Coordinate the allocation of necessary resources during a crisis, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
