We are looking for an
English-speaking Sales Support (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role

As
Sales Support on our team, you will:

Track the funnel, follow-up on opportunities, understand status of opportunities, win/loss analysis
Provide configuration and quote to sales
Prepare customer contracts for signature using standard template
Followup customer signature working with sales team and resellers and contract archive
Price setup in the systems
Engage with different teams until order is finalized and hand over to other teams for setup
Support sales representatives and resellers in understanding the offer and resolve customer questions
Understand customer insights and pass them to the business team
Provide process improvement according resellers' needs

Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:

Are proficient or bilingual in English, Spanish or German would be a plus
Have consumer service and sales experience
Have quote to cash knowledge
Have good communication skills
Are experienced in MS Office
Are multitasking and flexible
