Main Responsibilities:

Comprehend the specifics and essence of inquiries asked by salespeople and stakeholders in general
Furnish the most appropriate answers and solutions
Support the Sales department in order to answer the client's technical questions
Offer technical guidance, direction, and recommendations about Print Systems solutions.
Organize and lead training sessions
Present products and solutions in order to suggest the best solutions to clients

Core Skills/experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
2+ years of experience in the IT field, operating systems, networks, software, security
Organizational skills
Excellent communication
Ability to work independently and in a team
Show autonomy and flexibility
Problem solving
Ability to selftrain
Experience in sales is a plus
