Eurovision Services is looking for a hands-on IT Security Manager to join the Global Operations & Engineering team at our technology hub in Madrid, Spain.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
In this role as IT Security Manager, you will:

Work in collaboration with all Information Security stakeholders on security enhancement, developing standards, procedures and best practices.
Plan and carry out an organisation information Security Strategy.
Provide leadership, prioritization to IT Security personnel, and Security training to employees.
Provide support and response to security events and incidents.
Contribute to the implementation of a continuous threat and incident monitoring programme.
Improve methods and tools for cyber incident analysis, detection & response.
Follow, assess and advise on new and emerging cyber threats.
Managing phishing campaigns and mail security.
Schedule, execute and analyse vulnerability scanning plans.
Participate in technical security remediation/mitigation planning.
Ensure security best practices are applied.
Managing Data Classification and regulation
Maintain and update the Risk Management Log.
Be the central point of contact for security related incidents.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years' experience in a similar or related senior position.
Must have a valid security professional certification (such as GIAC, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCSP, etc.).
Experience in managing small teams.
Deep understanding of common network protocols (DNS, HTTP, SMTP, FTP).
Deep understanding of SSL/TLS and PKI.
Deep understanding of Linux environments.
Knowledge of access management (PAM, etc.).
Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Perl, Python/Powershell, batch).
Knowledge of the AWS cloud environment.
Knowledge of CISCO routing/switching, CheckPoint or Palo Alto firewalls.

Additional experience in the following areas would be a bonus:

Working with geographically distributed and international teams (our headquarters are located in Switzerland).
French language knowledge.

EDUCATION
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar degree (Master or Bachelor).
