What we are looking for:


GAES an Amplifon brand is looking for a professional interested in making a difference and leading our HR Operations &Total Rewards Team.


The opportunity to learn and experience how a fast-paced, global company works, you will play a key role in leading the main activities of the HR Operations & Total Rewards Team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement compensation policies in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Define the flexible compensation system.
  • Elaborate corporate strategic plan, budget personnel costs and follow up on a monthly basis.
  • Develop human resources policies at local level to comply with labor laws and Works Council agreements.
  • Maintain liaison with Corporate CoEs, Finance / IT / Legal Departments and other stakeholders on issues related to your area.
  • Manage the annual Salary Review process according to the group guidelines (propose a Budget of increases, build the increase matrix, manage the increase tool, manage communication letters, etc.).
  • Optimize resources, streamline endtoend processes, outsource nonkey activities, drive digitalization and measure efficiency of processes (internal and supplier).
  • Define calculation assumptions and guidelines to be followed, in accordance with corporate guidelines, for the preparation of the annual personnel and headcount cost budget. Participate in the monthly monitoring to control deviations and prepare the forecast.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years experience in similar Rewards / Compensation & Benefits positions.
  • Experience in international environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills with all levels of the organization and ability to engage different stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strategic and practical vision approach.
  • Strong organization skills, with effective project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple key projects simultaneously.
