What will your day to day be like?

Customer Centricity:


  • In accordance with PDPAOLA's values, you must provide premium and exceptional service to our customers, as well as provide them with a unique 360o shopping and branding experience, since they are our greatest treasure.
  • Motivate and coordinate the team and ensure the achievement of the objectives set, both in terms of billing and customer satisfaction.
  • Followup and loyalty through telephone or written contact, inviting our customers to return to the store.
  • Ensure that the team and customers are always up to date with instore and brand events, and that they participate in PDP Community moments.
  • Participation and support in the events and acts that take place in the store.
  • Inform the AM about the purchasing trends and needs of the client, in order to report it to the Product team.
  • Store opening and/or closing.

Operational duties:


  • Supervision and support in Visual Merchandising tasks, ensuring a Premium brand image and experience.
  • Supervision and support in the daily functions of organization, order, replacement and cleaning.
  • Control and organization of reception of orders, returns, transfers, etc.
  • Excellence in the organization of the BoH.
  • Ensure that all security procedures are followed in the store and at BoH, in order to minimize theft and robbery.
  • Total responsibility for the organization, control and results of total and partial inventories.
  • Identify and analyze points for improvement throughout the customer experience process, replenishment, inventory, etc. and give feedback to the AM.
  • Ensure optimal store coverage based on traffic and key sales periods.

Team management:


  • Lead the team in their professional development to achieve store objectives.
  • Motivate, train and manage the team by implementing action plans and followup and feedback meetings.
  • Ensure that the values and culture of PDPAOLA are present in the store environment.
  • Ensure compliance and monitoring of all HR policies.
  • Management and organization of the team.

Reporting:


  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting providing insights on the store, the team and the environment.
  • Study and monitoring of sales documents and KPIs.
  • Control and monitoring of transfers.

Requisitos mínimos


How would we like you to be?


We are looking for a person with commercial orientation and customer management, enthusiastic, proactive and positive, flexible and empathetic, with attention to detail and sensitivity for the product and the brand.


  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in retail, 3 as Store Manager in the fashion, beauty, accessories or luxury sector, managing retail from the store.
  • Native Italian and Advanced English.
  • Organized, decisive person with high communication skills.
  • Experience in management, coordination and team building.
  • Leadership capacity to create a pleasant and motivating work environment.
  • Person with the ability to suggest changes in the store and make proposals that improve both the experience and the commercial results in the store
