We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who leverages best practices to support our ambitious plans for 2023 and beyond.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the production of group and subsidiary financial statements.
  • Relationship with key stakeholders such as investors and group auditors.
  • Formalization of group accounting policies and procedures.
  • Integration of new businesses into the group structure and processes.
  • Lead the planning and forecasting process.
  • Analyze actuals vs. budgets, report deviations and drive corrective actions.
  • Design, implement and measure KPIs to help steer the business.
  • Support the Group CFO in specific projects and assignments.

Experience Required

  • Finance Professional with 3+ years of experience in an international environment.
  • Experience in working with multiple currencies, in a complex intercompany environment.
  • Experience with accounting systems (knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign highly valued).
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines, work to tight schedules and provide a fast and efficient turnaround of tasks and problem resolutions.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation, across various departments.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
