En el momento en que un huésped entra en uno de nuestros hoteles, se encuentra con una experiência realmente memorable.

Como Sub - Gobernanta /e, ayudarás a la Gobernanta a supervisar todos los aspectos de la limpieza y la lavandería, y a garantizar que se mantengan los más altos estándares.


Requisitos:


En este momento, buscamos para nuestro Hotel 5* en Madrid una/o Subgobernanta/e de manera temporal para que forme parte de nuestro equipo.


Para ello se deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Certificado de profesionalidad en operaciones básicas de pisos y alojamientos (HOTA 0108).
  • Titulación mínima: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior/ Medio.
  • Experiência previa de 3 años en el puesto, especialmente en hoteles de categoría 5
  • Inglés hablado nível alto. Se valorará conocimientos de otros idiomas.
  • Valorable conocimientos y experiência en departamento de lavandería/lencería.
  • Capacidad de Liderazgo y gestión de Equipos.
  • Orientación alta hacia el servicio al cliente.
  • Conocimientos paquete Office (Excel y Word)
  • Manejo OPERA y HUB.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar preferentemente en turno de tarde, fines de semana y festivos.
  • Residencia en la provincia vacante.
