Description: - In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully
renovated facility
in Malaga and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

Dutch-speaking Customer Representative (on-site) to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry.

What you will do in this roleAs a
Customer Representative on our team, you will:
- Manage reservations (modification, cancellation, or creation of new reservations)
- Manage the backoffice of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)
- Provide aftersales service (litigation and compensation management)
- Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)
- Are proficient or bilingual in Flemish plus an advanced level of French and English,
- Are yourself With interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of service
- Have a good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basis
- Can demonstrate good oral and written expression and an ability to adapt
- Are an IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.

If you have previous experience as a travel agent is an asset and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo)

Salary euros gross/year + up to 4000 euros gross/month in bonus:
