Our client located in Union, IL is seeking a full-time

Accountant/Bookkeeper. In this position you will accurately and efficiently manage all assigned duties regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fiduciary aspects of construction contract coordination.


Pay:
$60,000 - $70,000/yr.

Hours:
M-F | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm


Accountant/Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Input received invoices into Foundation/Procore software, ensuring correct job number and cost coding
• Generate AP report to submit to CEO for approval prior to payout
• Generate weekly checks to vendors
• Maintains product inventory
• Maintains copies of W9s and certificates of insurance
• Create lien waivers and submit to owners
• Produce invoices for all construction projects
• Receive customer payments and process daily bank deposits
• Coordinate all credit card processing
• Monitor aging receivables
• Create journal entries and run check registers
• Month End/ Year End closeouts

Accountant/Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Work and Excel
• Experience with Procore and/or Foundations software a plus
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Detail oriented with strong communications skills
• BS in accounting preferred
