Working within a global organization and customer community and in cooperation with other Engineering functions, the HVH Mechanical Engineer designs and develop the mechanical functionality and integrity of the product.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis of mechanical requirements.
Mechanical design, change management and design release process
Application of lessons learnt and design standards
Prototype definition and management
Verification of mechanical requirements
Design technical feasibility
Analysis of FEM/CFD reports
Cost reduction analysis and implementation
Risk assessment, DFMEA
Prototype definition and management
Problem resolution, DoE and 8D
Hardwaremechanical integration
Project mechanical engineering and CAD design team coordination
Mechanical product engineering process fulfilment
In addition, the functions related to the Quality and EHS system included in Annex DG.18.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering is required. Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or similar qualification
5 years of experience in automotive / auto parts sector
Engineering tools, ISO dimensioning, MSOffice
Local language and English professional proficiency
