What You'll Do:

CRITEO is looking for an Internal IT Process Analyst to join our Internal IT team in Barcelona

As an IT Process Analyst, you will have to support the Senior IT process analysts
- in both, SOX controls and IIT Financial areas - on improving our core Compliance processes and helping on increasing the quality and sustainability of our IIT Financial activities (Budget, actuals follow-up and reforecast).


While the execution of our SOX framework is the primary mission of the IIT Process Analyst, her/his ability to work and enhance the financial process is the second part of the expectations.

SOX compliance

  • Identify improvements to IIT control processes (automation, etc.), follow and execute the defined actions ;
  • Document any new procedures or changes introduced ;
  • Support Processes / Controls Owners through the execution of the controls ;
  • Prepare reporting to the IIT Leadership to provide the status of our SOX situation and raise the eventual alerts ;
  • Work closely with Internal Audit and Risks (IAR) to maintain the continuous improvement ;
  • Colead with IAR training and education sessions to the existing IIT teams and new joiners ;
  • Review and analyze evidence to proactively detect any correction or justification to be given ;
  • Plan and give the pace of the SOX controls: schedule extractions, reviews, and dry runs, prepare meetings with IAR & auditors, etc.
IIT Financial processes

  • Assess the current pain points and asis situation
  • Define and get an alignment on the action plan including the short term improvements and the plan for long term (tooling, RACI Tribes/ GnS, )
  • Support on the execution of the different actions (day to day activities and improvement plan)
  • Document any new procedures or new changes introduced
  • Maintain a continuous improvement

Who You Are:


About your background:

  • Ideally you have a MS / Business degree or equivalent) and at least 4/5 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of IT concepts during a previous experience in an IT organization
  • Good understanding of an IT organization, IT landscape and IT processes map
  • Good understanding of budget fundamentals (OPEX/CAPEX, categorization of IT costs, IT Financial processes: Closing, Rolling forecast, budget, etc.) would be very appreciated
  • Good level of adaptability for unplanned requests and ability to manage your priorities (organizational and time management skills)
  • Appetency for Power BI and queries on a database is a real plus
  • Ease with querying solutions (e.g., JIRA query language, Elastic Search)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), fluency in French could be an asset

  • Ability to work autonomously, with a highlevel of proactivity
  • Analytics skills to identify impact of changes or events on the compliance program
  • Ability to raise challenges to the management according to the appropriate level of difficulty or criticality.
  • Ability to be team player and customer oriented mindset
