Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Some of the essential duties of this role include:

  • Track, process, analyze operative and financial and statistical data related to Dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organizes Dealer visits based on results
  • Use technical skills to accurately update and maintain internal software systems.
  • Provide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignment (e.g. General accounting/ book keeping queries/ data input issues/reporting...)
  • Assists management in creating estimates and proposals for clients in order to have a better understanding of the proposal process.
  • With manager guidance present regularly at all levels Business Management and KPI ́s results, suggesting actions of improvement
  • With manager guidance assist in the training of the Dealer Network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, map charts, and on the analysis of their KPI ́s performance data
  • Serves as a contact for, and develops relationships with, the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction
  • Assumes responsibility for accurate and highquality data being utilized on assigned projects.
  • Attends project meetings and participates in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions and results.
  • Coordinates with individuals or internal teams to complete analyses, tasks and projects on time and with high quality
  • May have supervisory responsibilities over other more junior team members
  • Other tasks and participation in special projects in the client as required

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

  • University degree required; Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Finance and Accounting knowledge
  • MS Office advanced level in Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Data visualization tools Power BI
  • Communication Skills : fluent/native Spanish language and intermediate English level B2 C
