Main tasks of the position -related to the Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan of the IMPROVA project-:

  • Contribute to designing and updating the communication, dissemination and
exploitation plan of the IMPROVA Project ensuring a coherent communication strategy.

  • Ensure that all the activities are deployed on time, fulfilling the quality requirements of the IMPROVA Project.
  • Ensure that all the materials (news, policy briefs, awareness material, etc) align with brand standards.
  • Manage the project's social media accounts, promote the project's visibility on a daily basis digital through digital communications channels,
develop relevant and interesting content created by the project and/or of interest for the project.

  • Produce articles, posts and relevant content to disseminate and communicate
project results addressed to different target groups.

  • Translate technical and scientific project content into lay language.
  • Coordinate, where needed, the delivery of the project ́s periodic newsletters
  • Track analytics and create reports detailing successes ad failures of communication performance (offline and online)
  • Assist in developing and engaging different stakeholders (community, schools, health sector, policy, among others).
  • Fulfill administrative tasks related to the project.

Duration:
Pre doctoral contract offered under this call will be full time and will have a
duration of 4 years.

Expected start date: 2023/04/01

Amount and terms of payment. An allocation of 21.091,86 € gross euros per year will be granted, distribuited into 15 monthly installments.


Requirements:


  • 13 years experience in international research projects, preferably those funded by
the European Commission, with special focus on communication campaigns, content creation (i.e. writing reports) and visual design.

  • Proven experience in working on multistakeholder projects
  • Experience in organizing events and handling live social media during events
  • Ability to coordinate and/or produce project periodic newsletter and communication tools (PPTs, videos, factsheets, etc) targeting identified relevant audience and to design project communication strategies and activities for projects and new project proposals.
  • Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation
packages and excellent ability to navigate the social media environment

  • Understand the best practices of main social media channels
  • Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging an accuratecontent in English

  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members and stakeholders from across
Europe.

  • Good ability to set priorities, monitor progress towards goals and track actions
  • Professional attitude, academic integrity and collegiality.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to various stakeholders in different fields (community, schools, health sector, policy, among others ) and experience in stakeholder management is desired.
