WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Learning and Development Assistant will have a role in the coordination, operational quality and

execution of our EMESA regional training events. These events are essential for consulting staff in building

core capabilities, helping them to develop their regional network and providing them affiliation opportunities.

You will work with internal (Senior Firm Leaders, PAs, Meetings & Events,) and external stakeholders (hotels, outsourcing service companies, facilitators, different People teams, innovation teams,) to successfully execute operational aspects of learning journeys in the region, guaranteeing exceptionally high-standard experiences that are enjoyable and memorable for the learner.

These may include but are not limited to consulting and leadership learning journey events.

Sizes range from around 50 to 300 participants and take place throughout the year in a variety of formats:
virtual sessions, blended learning, hybrid and in person events in locations across Europe.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

We are looking for someone who relishes working in an internationally diverse team.

An individual who has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, is highly organised, is energised and skilled by organizing and hosting events (be that virtually, hybrid and/or in person), is able to learn new technologies and systems quickly, has good analytics skills, is confident and comfortable in a virtual setting as well as being prepared to deliver outstanding service in any onsite event.

Some travel will be required, and you will therefore need to be passionate about exploring new places, meeting new people and someone who is keen to develop and challenge themselves in a global team setting.

To be successful you will need to have the ability to think on your feet, to problem solve and to communicate at all levels in order to deliver quality experiences for our participants and trainers.

You will also need to show that you can operate independently as well as having the ability to work as a team, that you can handle multiple tasks at one time and that you have the experience in adapting to last minute changes and demands.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

We are looking for this person to have:
