European Shared Services Center based in Cornellà de Llobregat, with more than 300 employees, we support the group's various subsidiaries of all Europe and other regions.

We have built an outstanding multicultural environment composed by employees of around 30 different nationalities.


We are looking for a
Travel and Entertainment (T&E Expenses) and Procurement Card (Pcard) Administrator based in
Barcelona with Russian and English.


The person will cover Europe, Israel, Uzbekistan and North Africa and will be responsible for, managing the corporate credit cards, providing support to employees with the expense reconciliation process, making sure Air Products accounts are reconciled, all following corporate standards.


As a T&E PCard Administrator, you will:

  • Reconcile and upload bank data related to T&E and Pcard Expenses for the countries in scope.
  • Credit card request.
  • Expense report completion and management.
  • Liaise with the Card Provider to create corporate accounts, to request cards, maintain AP cardholder records, update cardholder's details in the bank system as required.
  • Perform the escalation process for unsubmitted reports.
  • Audit selected expense reports and follow up with employees, manager, and/or audit team.
  • Perform KPI ( Key Performance Indicator ) & Work on reporting and analysing data.
  • Maintain data base on shared sites and ensure internal documentation is up to date.
  • Support any new implementation / Project.

You will have:


  • 2 years exposure to a Business/Office Environment preferably in Supply Chain / Finance function.
  • Fluent in English and Russian, Hungarian would be a great plus and Polish would be beneficial.
  • Advance Excel skills would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Team player with effective oral and written communication skills.
