Descripción
The main tasks of the Accounts Receivable would be:- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Handle accounts receivable inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Adhere to financial policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate accounting.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Identify and address discrepancies.
A successful Accounts Receivable should have:
- Studies related to Finance, Accounting or similar.
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance department.
- Fluent written/oral Spanish & English
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
