  • PURPOSE:
  • Understand customers and care about them to ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Meet and even exceed customer's expectations by providing outstanding service to them to have a strong and trustful partnership in place.
  • Having a "Customer Centric Mindset" in providing full service and support to our customers in a proactive way

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Active manage and care about customers within Closures EMEA.
  • Order Management (Order Processing, Coordination & Monitoring).
  • Forecast & Demand Management.
  • Planning and coordination of customer shipments & collections in coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer stocks according to the principle of optimized working capital (Management of overdue stocks etc.)
  • Manage all kind of customer agreements, requests and issues (coordination of claims & samplings, questionnaires, specification & pricing updates etc.)
  • Manage Intercompany Business (pricing, sampling, orders, etc.)
  • Active Involvement in local as well as regional projects related to Customer Service
  • Your profile:
  • Education in industrial management and/or college degree in business administration
  • Very good language skills (spoken & written) in Spanish, English and French
  • Strong communication skills & problem solving mentality
  • Being a Team Player and ability to work within a multicultural environment
  • Customer Centric Mindset
  • Good MS-Office and SAP knowledge (Sales Order Management, BI, IBP, C4C/CRM)
