The Atradius Group provides trade credit insurance, surety and collections services worldwide, and has a presence through 160 offices in 52 countries.

The products offered by Atradius protect companies around the world against the default risks associated with selling goods and services on credit.

Department:

The role is to support for our middleware estate including administration of WebLogic and Oracle Fusion systems, IBM WebSphere, JBoss etc.

as well as additional newly emerging web requirements of a 24/7 service operation.

The role will focus on automation and will include the maturity of Infrastructure as code for environment provisioning, patching and maintenance.

In due course, there will be a requirement to participate in an on-call rota and some out-of-hours work (further renumeration will be made).

Ideally applicants will possess most or all of the following core basic skills:
Experience of an IT support background
Experience of Middleware Technologies
Experience of Linux operating systems
Experience with scripting
Understanding of DevOps benefits and concepts
Documentation creation in Confluence
Good communication skills, written & verbal
Any skills \ experience in the following would also be highly beneficial:
Experience with scripting languages and other languages which support 'Infrastructure as Code' such as Python
Experience with GitHub, Ansible, AWX and Jenkins
Experience with working with developers
Experience with monitoring, tracking, trending, analysis and tuning of the Middleware environments
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge of Azure (other Clouds considered favourably)

Personal Competencies:

Ideally degree \ higher education
Fluent in English but any other European languages beneficial
Prepared to study \ develop and achieve industry recognised accreditations
A passion for technological challenges
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prepared for the occasional travel when circumstances require or permit
