Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a strong Product Manager that has a burning motivation to elevate the customer experience among Computershare's users and deliver best in class service to our clients.

With the evolving legislation implemented across Europe, we have developed new Ownership Intelligence Solutions to provide even greater and enhanced shareholder transparency to issuers through our cutting-edge technology and platforms.


Your primary task is to ensure that the vision that the business puts forward for Computershare's services is followed up on and executed properly to ensure the growth of the new business line, through developing and delivering the Ownership Intelligence Solution to our customers across multiple European markets.


You will be working on a multinational environment supporting all our offices across Europe and their clients in the delivery of the new Ownership Intelligence Solutions.

You will have to deal with a plethora of different stake holders that includes issuer clients, custodians and financial intermediaries and suppliers, and internal Computershare colleagues.


What are your tasks?

  • Manage client Disclosures and Identification projects in line or exceeding clients' expectations.
  • Preparing the client deliveries in time.
  • Liaising with custodians to ensure the quality of data for our clients
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies and quality.
  • Identify automation opportunities, liaising with our IT team to develop and deliver technical features
  • Prepare the development of features and enablers together with IT Team lead
  • Be a singlepointofcontact for product backlog and develop and prioritize this
  • Inform stakeholders about the status of deliveries and involve them in decisions
  • Test and approve documentation and deliveries from the development team (UAT)
  • Deal with all counterparties involved in the delivery of our Ownership Intelligence solutions. Oversight of solution administration e.g., invoicing and billing

What do you bring to the table?


As the Product Manager for this service, you will act as the central point for coordination and delivery of our Disclosure services to the clients of our European offices, ensuring all operational aspects are fulfilled and leasing between the sales forces and the development areas.


As Product Manager you get ample opportunity to share knowledge with your colleagues, and to collaborate across the business, formulating hypotheses about the customer's value creation from a strategic and holistic perspective.


As a person, you are trustworthy, motivating, good at listening to stakeholders and curious to create new perspectives in the business field.


Following qualifications will be an advantage:

  • Strong demonstrable record of delivering process improvements
  • Significant experience of working with technical/IT/development teams to automate processes
  • Proficient at managing, manipulating and analysing big sets of data
  • Good custody business understanding
  • Experience in defining minimum solutions and proposing optimization measures.
  • Experience in testing, reviewing and setting requirements for deliveries from development teams.
  • You have an interest in technological possibilities and keep up to date
  • Business fluent in English, both in writing and speaking, Spanish is a plus
