Keysight EMEAI Sales Organization is looking for a Business Process Analyst with experience in Territory and Funnel Management, to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, based in the Barcelona office.

In this role, you will be accountable for Supporting Territory Management for the company Sales Organization in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.

You will be interacting with Sales Management, helping them define their Territory, and will be responsible for the setup and maintenance in Salesforce.

Among the main responsibilities, you will build, rationalize and maintain Lead/Opportunities routing rules, according to indications from the Sales department.

They will constantly analyze the Account and Contact database, maintaining marketable and usable by Lead Qualifiers, Sales organization, and Technical departments.

Supporting the Sales organization with Funnel insights such as its health and trends.

Supporting Sales Operations with Business Fundamentals, Report Production Control, and development.

You will participate in Business Intelligence and Salesforce-related projects in particular during the testing, deployment, and go-live support.

Job Qualifications:

Analytical skills and attention to detail, with proven judgment in balancing several dimensions, and evaluating synthesizing information.
Advanced Technology and Digital literacy level.
Solid MS tools knowledge such as Excel and Access.
Business Intelligence apps such as Tableau and Spotfire.
Salesforce experience is valued, especially in reporting.
