Description

Daily duties of the team:

Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.
Support the team in other markets as needed.
Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
Support at customer events in the market.
Support in market development and system adaptation.
What are we looking for?
Native or bilingual in Spanish and English
Proactive and positive attitude
Service oriented
You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus.
You are passionate about customer care
Useful:
Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, Italian, French...
A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.
You like to work in a team. If anything is characteristic of the Customer Care team, it is how much they help each other.
You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions.
You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing.

Stable fulltime contract

Salary:

18k - 22k.- Training provided by the company.- Flexible working hours.- We currently have a hybrid working system, which means that we come two days a week and three days of telework.- Possibility to build a long-term career.
