This role consists in preparing accounting closures for Spain, being in charge of the accounting administration and controlling banking and financial data.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of accounting closures for Spain
  • Control and followup of all supplier invoices
  • VAT control for Spain
  • Cost analysis and control
  • Bank account control
  • Control of expenses such as employee expenses, Sales expenses etc.
  • Participate in Finance projects

Professional experience and skills

  • Degree in economics, business administration or similar degrees; Master's degree around Finance is also a plus
  • Experience working in a financial department
  • Knowledge on accounting standards would be highly considered
  • Good level of Excel (pivot tables, formulas such as vlookup, sumif, conditional formatting rules, etc.)
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Knowing how to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent rigor and attention to detail
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Must be able to work in a highpressure environment
  • Ability to communicate professionally in Spanish and in English. French is a plus.

Salario: 24.000,00€-30.000,00€ al año
