Graduate Expert Program:

Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two years program which has been designed to grow in making an impact of the world while developing professionally and personally.

Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Controlling Graduate Expert.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

Maintain an effective internal control environment in accordance with SAICA Compliance policies Equal Opportunities, Quality, Environment and Health & Safety and guidelines including tax, labour, accounting regulations, etc
Ensure all accounting practices are prepared on a timely basis and reported in accordance with local and SAICA requirements.
Monitor month end closure, budget control and action plans
Complete the Monthly Reporting and presentation to the Management
Ensure the reliability and relevance of the reporting.
Define indicators for monitoring the activity and monitor their implementation.
Analyse and interpret financial data and make recommendations to management to improve systems and financial performance.
Support the preparation of annual budgets, Control the Annual Investment Plan and carry out investment profitability studies
Manage company insurance policies.
Follow up Customer risks:
Participate in internal and external audits.
Lead or participate in special projects as needed supporting Plant controllers.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification:

Just graduated in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
Experience: have experience in a similiar role, maximum of two years working experience since the graduation.
International experiences (Erasmus,...) is a plus.
High written and spoken English (C1)
Advanced level in MS office and expert in MS Excel.
