Customer Service Associate

Location Requirements:
Must legally reside Canada. Currently hiring in AB, SK, MB, NB, NS, NL and PE


Core Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls, while providing accurate account and product information
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Navigate through multiple systems

Qualifications

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • You can pass a criminal background check
  • You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company
  • You work well with a team or independently
  • You are able to commit 40 working hours per week and can work a flexible schedule
  • You have a minimum of 6mth customer service or call center experience, retail experience an asset

Equipment and Internet Requirements

  • Internet speed 5.0 Mbps download speed and 3.0Mbps upload speed
  • Desktop computer with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac, tablets, Winbooks, smart devices, Windows Mini PC's, Chromebook & Android systems are not compatible)
  • Dual Monitors
