As a salesperson at IRO, you are an ambassador for our brand and your most important task will therefore be to give customers a unique and extraordinary experience.

To be able to offer this you must have a passion for selling and styling as well as a genuine interest in fashion and design.

Furthermore, we expect you to be a team player and to have courage. You must be passionate about creating a good dialogue with our customers and building long-term relationships. You must have experience in sales and customer service, you are results-oriented and perform at a high level.

You will become part of a dynamic team that is characterized by the positivity and professionalism that defines IRO.


Perfil:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fashion retail
  • Driven by performance and ensures a high level of customer service
  • Focused on optimizing sales and turnover
  • Happy and welcoming
  • Curious and proactive
  • Interested in fashion, styling and quality products
  • Used to working with KPIs
  • Structured and eye for detail
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English
  • One Russian speaker
  • One Arabian speaker
