What you'll do:
- Liaise with various sections of the business in order to resolve queries;either new or existing complaints/queries and escalate or provide resolution
- Provide postsale support customer configuration for product delivery
What experience and qualifications you need:
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
